Over the last 10 years I have worked for leading digital marketing and media firms in Toronto and Montreal including Critical Mass, Organic, Rogers Media and DMB&B.
From leading new business pitches to managing client relationships, I have worked with some exceptional teams and winning organizations. Since the launch of my recruitment practice in early 2006, I have built a deep network of candidates, freelance consultants and web strategy, design and technology firms. I have a pulse to the ever-changing digital marketing space in Canada and the people and companies that make up this unique community.
My recruitment practice specializes in the following areas: Business Development, Account Management, Project Management, Strategy, Planning, Online Marketing, Media, Information Architecture/User Experience Design, Creative Design and Technology. I offer executive recruitment services including career transition and outplacement consulting services.
I am a recruiter, agent, career coach, motivator and matchmaker. I am passionate about helping people find a career they love and committed to being of value to each candidate I meet. I spend quality time with candidates to assess their skills and career passion. Getting to know candidates beyond their resume is an important part of my interview process. I look to be a resource to my candidates, whether I have a job for them or not. I also take interest in understanding my clients company culture, management style and office environment that is unique to every client. Getting to know the hiring managers and client teams is an important part of my recruitment process.
